Stock Acme Screws & Nuts

We offer a complete line of on the shelf parts. Our company has stock Acme Screws ranging from ½" to 1½" diameters. These include 4,5,6,8 and 10 pitch screws. We offer two styles of stock Acme Nuts (click here for a listing of stock screws on pages 8, 9, & 10) the Flange and the Pillow Block style. Also, we offer adjustable nuts in each style. This feature will control backlash and keep your older machines running like new.

 

Special Thread Forms

We have the capability to manufacture the most complex and unique of Lead Screw applications. We can manufacture Multi-Start Thread Forms to meet any job requirement up to 16 starts. Moglice Nuts are also one of our specialities.This style of screw and nut assembly works great for precise positioning with restrictions to relatively light loads.We offer a complete line of stock Reversing Screws.
